Re: NVIDIA G-Sync Pulsar monitor - Asus ROG Strix XG27AQNGV
So ULMB 2 at 360Hz and G-Sync Pulsar at 360Hz don't they have same performance in terms of visual clarity, just that pulsar will give you more smooth experience when the FPS is variable by matching FPS to Hz or does g-sync pulsar give even more visual clarity over none pulsar strobing such as ulmb2 ...

Theoretically, if I disable vsync in NVCP will it mess up with framepacing even if I am below max Hz?
Normally, I have no issues enabling G-Sync and V-Sync in the NVCP while turning off V-Sync in the game, especially for single-player games. The smoothness is on another level.
However, my question is when using Lossless Scaling in conjunction with in-game Reflex.

If a game does not have native Reflex, do you guys recommend NVCP, RTTS or specialK reflex?
I am talking about triple A graphics games. Usually most of these new titles have reflex natively and that is always my go to. But if a game does not have it, what do you guys recommend for reflex?
Option 1: NVCP, I can either do low latency to "ON" or to "ULTRA." It seems ON is the better option ...

Re: How does monitor respoonse time work in the context of strobing?
MPRT eliminates the ghosting by either hiding it with a black frame or turning off a backlight or increasing the FPS and HZ which allows pixels to transition faster hence less blur and ghosting.
pixels are like a light bulb when you turn off a light bulb home there is a faint glow that takes a ...

How does monitor respoonse time work in the context of strobing?
I tried both OLED 360Hz and LCD 360Hz ULMB2 and I prefer the ULMB2 for comp games but im not sure how monitor response time works when it comes to strobing? For example the PG27AQN has a 3.0 response time at max Hz, how does that relate to strobing? Does it stay 3 MS response time if ULMB2 at 360Hz ...

Re: Why the heck I can't tell a difference between ULMB2 on vs off at 540Hz ???
You need to test really fast motionspeeds, more than 2x, preferably3x-6x faster in pps than (1/MPRT) in number to easily tell the difference.
- Try 2000-3000 pixels/sec for 540Hz.
- That way you have 4 to 6 pixelstep per frame (stationary gaze) or 4 to 6 pixels of motionblur per frame (tracking ...

Re: Why the heck I can't tell a difference between ULMB2 on vs off at 540Hz ???
Im sorry its still looks the same LOL
I am so confused, when I turn on ULMB2, I can adjust pulse width and what not, and if I adjust it, the brightness goes down, so obviously its doing something but idk its just not working

Re: Why the heck I can't tell a difference between ULMB2 on vs off at 540Hz ???
Idk I still can't tell a difference, I have a feeling its not doing anything when I turn it on in OSD, either hardware issue with monitor/need to use a different DP cable (eventhough 540Hz works no problems) or possibly driver issue/need to reinstall nvidia drivers or clarity at 360Hz and 540Hz ...

IDK bro I promise I can't tell a difference, either I am blind or my monitor is messed up...
But doesn't your second image prove my point with ULMB2 the asus panel should be better at 540Hz strobing than the xg2431 or atleast same not worse though?
