Sadly, The only way to fix "bad crosstalk at 120hz" is to update the Blur Buster strobe Utility.... What makes Dyac special is that it is the only strobing technique that maintains over 350 nits. Especially at 2546k. However, I was disappointed because the brightness went down a lot at 2566k. I wond...

Re: XL2546K gets even brighter with strobe utility. normal?
By default, XL2546K uses a rather severely voltage-boosted strobe backlight (overvoltage trick). While this was not the intended purpose of Strobe Utility, so some pulse widths may create a slightly-brighter-than-factory strobe backlight mode on some models (e.g. XL2720Z version 2 firmwares had thi...

XL2546K gets even brighter with strobe utility. normal?
My Zowie XL2546K gets even brighter with Blur Busters strobe utility. It is like this : 100% monitor brightness without Dyac+ → 350nit 100% monitor brightness with Dyac+ → 350nit Max out brightness with strobe utility → 400nit I can get even bright screen than default 100% brightness! Good to have t...

Re: [EVE 4K 144Hz Spectrum] Blur Busters Strobe Tuning! (KSF but better than plasma, has 50Hz+60Hz single strobe)
I like EVE 4k 144hz monitor so much, but I realized that brightness is bit low at short pulse width setting. I wonder I could get both "sharpest image" (short pulse width) and "no brightness loss" for EVE monitor. Is it possible to apply the voltage boosted backlight technology to future EVE monitors?

DyAc+ is only one that has both brightness and clarity...why?
The BFI tech is more effective when you play low framerate like 120hz or 144hz (≒ high resolution gaming), rather than 240hz or more. Normally, when we use BFI, we have to choose. If you want brightness, you lose clarity. If you want clarity, you lose brightness. Only DyAc+ can give you both. Gaming...

Re: Now I can tell what will be the best anti-blur monitor.
OLED is amazing, raw GtG is lightning fast (no need overdrive), almost instant like old good CRT monitors. Maybe OLED is better at clarity, but the problem is the brightness... For now, there is no way that you get both 1ms and over 300nit brightness at the same time... As far as I know, there is o...

Now I can tell what will be the best anti-blur monitor.
I got xl2546k last week and had fun with it. I also realized some fun facts about backlight strobing. 1. 144hz and 240hz WITHOUT BLS are very different. 2. But there is NO difference between 144hz and 240hz when BLS is on. 3. Screen resolution Matters even if BLS is on. 1080p is so blurry even when ...

Re: Viewsonic XG270 with 'PureXP" MBR [pre-tuned by Blur Busters!]
In the recent Digital Foundry video they reviewed a Viewsonic monitor that was 1440p and mentioned it had PureXP. I'm not sure if its the same as this monitor though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WM9v6klj_7E&t=0s Oh, this monitor have curved VA panel launched at 2020/5/20. It looks great, but is...
