I'm a bit confused. Will the strobe utility work for any FW? Or only a specific one?

IF so, what FW is the "correct" one? Monitor arrived today so I'll be looking to check it out.

I think it would probably make sense to wait then. I don't imagine you have a narrowed release date do you?

Depends. If you get the fixed XL2720Z, it BENQ Blur Reduction is overall better than LightBoost when combined with the Vertical Total 1350 tweak and the Blur Busters Strobe Utility. However, if you are unlucky to get an unfixed XL2720Z
