just checked my firmware on my xl2420z in service menu it says v001-20131126, but on case it says december..gz benq on confusing people
I guess the utility wont work...i see firmware is up for download for my model too. now waiting for the news from benq.

I hope anyone report about the improvement of this utility. I really would like to buy a XL2411Z, but i´m afraid about this bug.

hi i just joined the forum, but been following the site for some time. I just got the xl2420z here in DK.
They just arrived in the shops, didnt see them whole february, until middle of last week.
Mine is still model from december and Rev: 00-120-BA.
