OD60 is on by default when you reset the monitor however OD80 is better for 280hz I only play 240hz, so do I keep it on 60? Or 0? I dont see any difference, im just using GSyn...

When you enable ELMB-Sync it is automatically set to OD80.

If you want ELMB + VRR at the same time you have to enable both ELMB-SYNC and Adaptive-Sync.
Personally, I recommend standard ELMB-Sync (with no Adaptive Sync) on this monitor.

But going through the settings I saw the setting; ELMB Sync What I can find about it is that it has to do something with motion blur, but should I enable it and if so will GSync still be enabled...
