Masneb, I think you misunderstood me.

1) Diablo 2 runs natively at 25 FPS, you don't cap it yourself. The game was just programmed to run at this speed. Which strikes me as odd, because back when Diablo 2 came out, all monitors were 60hz CRTs. It is literally impossible to play Diablo 2 on a CRT ...
