Re: Vsync 1/3, 1/2, 1/4 what's the difference? (other than the different refresh rate)
I wonder if 1:1 vsync has less lag than 1/2 for example or 1/3, or the opposite.

Vsync 1/3, 1/2, 1/4 what's the difference? (other than the different refresh rate)
I've tried to look for information on the internet, but there isn't any.
Are there any downsides to using 1/3 instead of 1/2 for example?

Re: League of Legends VRR how to?
Yeah, don't use fullscreen optimizations. I ended up using 144fps cap because i couldn't make nvcp vsync work and RTSS 160fps had more input lag than in-game 144

Zen 2 (3000 series) and C-state framespikes
Hello, as you can gather from various reviews and tests, CPPC enabled in bios and C-states is the way to get the highest RAW performance from these processors. https://www.blurbusters.com/gsync/gsync101-input-lag-tests-and-settings/14/ How about VRR and framespikes tho, is this recommendation still ...

League of Legends VRR how to?
Hi. Aknowledged the -3 fps + vsync on stuff, there's a problem with this game.
Vsync ON from NVCPL doesn't work. FPS won't be capped.
Vsync ON from the game works, should i use this instead? Is it double buffer or triple?
Or opt for like 138 fps vsync off?
Thanks.

Re: Gsync vs Freesync smoothness
Theoretically, there is enough software accuracy to framepace FreeSync as well as GSYNC -- it's just that the programmers of FreeSync drivers don't realize that I can see sub-1-millisecond microstuttering -- as in 0.5ms divergences between gametime and refreshtime (refreh-cycle-emitting-photons). O...

Variable overdrive freesync list?
I want to buy a monitor with good contrast, good motion clarity and smoothness, so variable overdrive and SRGB colorspace/emulation.
Is there a list with variable overdrive monitors? Nixeus ED27 is not available here

Re: Freesync broken 2019 megathread
Hey you seem very knowledgeable, i am not technically advanced as you butwhile agree that broken drivers/erratic game behaviour such as latest assassin creeds (i am not going into this, you know better than me how poorly optimized those are) can mess up VRR, i still don't understand why this user ht...
