oh I see them now, I use saved presets so moving to each one I have to wait till the monitor change its mode !!

What is AMA ? should I set it to premium ?

Yes firmware is "2" I am far away from Benq I am in Egypt and there is no support here for any kind !

Is there any work around this ? or can you lead me to flash it myself ?

also where I can set RTS or FPS modes I cant find them in the screen menu ?

I have the xl2420z monitor and I noticed the "low blue light" and "black equalizer" are always disabled ! please advise how to enable them ?

I have firmware v2 I tried now set the mode to standard and LBL was active then when I save it to Game1 preset and select this preset again, LBL was back disabled. is there a solution to this ?
