Re: Frametime spikes at high fps - 1080p 60hz monitor
Yes, you are right, capping would put less load on CPU. You can also investigate stutters by locking problematic games to 30 fps and checking frametime graphs. By setting it so low, you can make assumptions and isolate generic CPU hitching from specific spikes caused by the game engine itself. Now, ...

Re: Frametime spikes at high fps - 1080p 60hz monitor
For what it's worth, after a little bit of research I have found the following thread on NVidia forums: https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/1077774/geforce-rtx-20-series/rtx-2080-occasional-stuttering-across-all-games/13/ There are a couple of posts on Reddit describing similar issues with RTX ...

Re: Help me choose between 24GL600F and XG240R
Depends on your use. XG240R doesn't have motion blur reduction, so if you are going to mostly play games below 144 fps - it is probably your best bet. Honestly, I kind of like the RGB option too  I would go with 24GL600F because I play non-demanding FPS titles that can be played at 144+ fps. T...

Yeah, how is the 1ms MBR on this monitor? Haven't been able to find any information about it whatsoever.
