I tried both the LCD standard timings and Chief's timings in CRU without success. Only NVIDIA CP seems to work for me :/

Here are the CRU settings I tried without success (No Signal) and the OSD message I get after some time with the pixel patcher enabled.

If your OC'd refresh rate profile is created properly and can be seen by the game, setting BF4's .exe to run at "Maximum Refresh Rate" in NVIDIA CP (or AMD's version of it) should do the trick. NVIDIA CP is set to "highest available refresh rate" but ingame BF4 will only allow 144hz as the highest ...
