Re: New Zowie Monitor 540Hz XL2586X
price went down to 999 dollar! https://zowie.benq.com/en-us/monitor/xl2586x.html No price cut for EU it seems, how much was it in US previously? arround 1179$ Dave, I asked above, what is the lowest refresh rate their BFI will work at? (on the Asus OLED, NOT the Zowie double strobing mess?).

Re: BenQ XL2546X doubts
snip The only monitors that can single frame strobe at 60hz are the original Z series Benq monitors (XL2411Z, XL2420Z, XL2720Z and XL2430T (this is a Z series monitor, despite the confusing name), and the dual scaler monitor, XL2420G, which had a gsync module, but which also supported BBR 1.0; basi...

Re: New Zowie Monitor 540Hz XL2586X
You can of course compare Hz 480 on Oled vs 540 on IPS or TN. I can tell you that most likely the Oled will win this comparison. However, if you put motion clarity into your consideration, BLS / BFI is by far ahead on IPS or FastTN. If you care about colors, go buy Oled, if you care about motion cl...

Re: BenQ XL2546X doubts
Benq/Zowie needs to start supporting 60hz single strobe on their monitors. They stopped enabling it ever since they switched from the Mstar scalers to the realtek versions (the last models that worked were XL2720Z, XL2420Z, XL2411Z and XL2430T).

Re: Viewsonic XG2431 black image? Dead panel?
What were you doing on the computer at the exact time the panel stopped working? If it just didn't work when you first turned on the computer for the day, make sure there was no change in the configuration the last time you shut down the system. If it just stopped mid-session (like a video card blac...

https://youtu.be/y9hpeLbjUJM Seriously impressive stuff it can do this at Max 240 HZ almost perfect but interestingly it sucks at 120 HZ, not sure if Blur Buster strobe Utility will be updated because it does NOT work on this Monitor. This monitor is also TN it has good colors for a TN actually but...

Re: XL2566K recommended settings for CS2 & a problem with scaling
Check the scaling options in the Nvidia control panel, and click "Override scaling modes set by games" or something. choosing only "Full-Screen Scaling" then "Display" both override modes ticked and unticked doesnt stretch the game - only makes the game run in some "inner square" . only GPU scaling...

So these monitors are out (and the XL2586X is coming out later).
Any one know what the single strobe range on these are? Does it still stop at 100hz and end up double strobing at 60-85hz?
