It's the fastest IPS panel they have tested to date. 4.8ms G2G, 2ms input lag +1 for VRB.
I was lucky and probably got the last model on the black friday deal. Can't say anything negative yet, very impressed by it. For reference, I come from the asus vg248qe.

You can use a lower refresh rate than 240hz. The Benq's are pretty good at custom refresh rates (and vertical total tweaking at lower refresh rates for strobing crosstalk reduction too!).
