I don’t believe 0 is a correct value, as I said “1” is Microsoft’s default no scaling (different to your gpu drivers no scaling)

First go to the path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration There are many folders in there, click on Edit, then Find, type in Scaling and press F. We’re in desperate need of a new dedicated system for input devices, it’s clear the usb system is majorly flawed for mouse input and shouldn't be affected by things like this

I’ve noticed a difference in between certain installs, mostly GPT vs MBR, (UEFI vs Legacy), it’s all about what is loaded up when booting, so wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case, my last install was from a 3.0, so ill order one and see, funnily enough I feel like the last time I had good mouse...
