I don’t believe 0 is a correct value, as I said “1” is Microsoft’s default no scaling (different to your gpu drivers no scaling)

I noticed one thing. People who experience this problem have their recorded videos or streams with some kind of pixelated, blocky grain effect. The same can be seen in yours video. Turning this on/off does make a difference, but as always, only temporary

We’re in desperate need of a new dedicated system for input devices, it’s clear the usb system is majorly flawed for mouse input and shouldn't be affected by things like this

I’ve noticed a difference in between certain installs, mostly GPT vs MBR, (UEFI vs Legacy), it’s all about what is loaded up when booting, so wouldn’t be surprised if this is the case, my last install was from a 3.0, so ill order one and see, funnily enough I feel like the last time I had good mouse...
