So port 4 feels slow, but port 3 feels fast? What’s the other usb devices, I assume one is keyboard, are these plugged into 3.0 ports, or do you have a mix of 3.2/2.0?

I don’t believe 0 is a correct value, as I said “1” is Microsoft’s default no scaling (different to your gpu drivers no scaling)
