Does this monitor has increased input lag if you run it at 240Hz? since some games i play i cant reach 360Hz

So what are the best settings for CS:GO? i just got this monitor.
I tried 120OD but maybe its a placebo but it makes my mouse feel way faster then the normal OD settings.
I use GPU scaling with Override the scaling ticked 1280x960 str

Hey sorry to revive such a old topic but im in the boat for the same monitor for black friday. Should i get the 2546 or save 90 euro's and go with the 2540? You guys are talking about 2546 having input lag or is that only with dyAc turned on? And can i turn this completely off in the menu or do i ne...
