Did you consider any others that were cheaper? Sorry to hijack. Of course I considered cheaper ones but the reviews for the xn253qx were amazing....

read pretty good reviews for this Monitor. Has as far I know the new 1.9 AUO panels.

Anybody that owns that one? Or anyone who tried this one out? How was your experience?

I think the XN253Q has the best reviews/comments. Tbh I don't know where did you hear the aw2518hf was any good, I was in the same boat as you 2 months ago and only saw bad reviews on it, it is an old monitor. I end up buying the Omen X 25f as it was on sale for $ 239. It had a nice review in rting...

Please dont. They are using old TN Panels from 2017. Keep an eye on Monitors with new TN-Panels.
