Please read the whole thread to understand the discoveries that these amazing members of this community have been able to find out and share with you! sometimes you need to make the custom resolutions to both CRU & nvidia control panel and use same timings and then these overclocks work...

adding huge amount of brightness seems to fix white screen appearing when i'm using 240hz @ 1024 x 768
(exact frequency that works for me 239.985)

My Benq XL2420z is stable @ 223hz.
240hz works but white screen manifests sooner or later.
250hz works also but blackscreen occurs after using minute or two..

Yes, It does not work so well when you make overclocked custom resolutions.
In your picture attachment you have 'GPU scaling' active, so you are kinda missing the point of this thread.
