So, to sum it ALL up, the optimal settings are :
no GSync:
nV-CPL:
Low Latency Mode = Ultra
VSync = On
Tripple Buffer = Off
RTSS:
Global Profile, no OSD, Detection=low, Stealth=on
real "TFT Refresh Rate - 0.01" (eg. 59.976fps for my 60hz LG-34WK95U-W)
check Hz here or here
changes with ...

Hopefully jorimt won't shoot me, but I have a question along the same lines (I just hope this wasn't asked in one of those many 40 pages^^)
Do I still need Vsync when using Gsync and Framelimiter?
Because you say I do.
But what I got from reading the awesome Gsync-101, is: Gsync is doing it's work ...
