Hello, since the asus feature of the overlay crosshair is useless cause the cross is WAY too huge, and since ive been told there is no way to modify it ... i was wondering if there is a way to turn a single pixel off without damaing the screen or how to get an overlay over that dead center pixel ...

Re: ROLL CALL: Who uses LightBoost=10%?
I notice a lot of you prefers 10% even though its very dim and it futher reduces contrast ergo depth recognition etc.
From a view of competitive gaming i find this a little odd to sacrifice contrast, worst view of dark spots (you can compensate with software brightness but you also even further ...

Re: asus vg248qe gsync version is here...should I?
Does anyone know where i could find the kit ?
I noticed the gsync announcement but later i wasnt keeping touch with anything related to pc and ive noticed the diy kits being sold a few days ago when they were already sold out on the official site.

asus - "aimpoint" - customize
Hello all,
i own an asus vg248qe monitor.
It's got a function that when enabled shows an overlay crosshair.
The problem is that its way too big, so i was wondering if there is a way to change it and if maybe someone here has already been working on it...
Thank you all for your time, knowledge and ...

Re: Lightboost not working ingame with ToastyX method
Yes.
The problem was that source engine (CS:GO) was forcing the non-strobed refresh rate. It didnt matter at all if i was switching with the keyboard from 121hz to 120 strobed.
Left only the strobed refresh rate to the monitor and it works.
Thank you again.

Lightboost not working ingame with ToastyX method [fixed]
Hello, i own the 24" 144hz Asus as most people here.
I also own the nvidia 3d kit.
I tried the "disable 3D mode ingame" and it works. Strobelight work and motion blur is gone. But the framerate doesnt seem stable, something is off with this technique.
So i wanted it to work with the ToastyX ...
