So I got the 2420Z today and it's a V1 as expected. I'm using the calibrated settings from tftcentral but color/IQ wise it's similar to my old 60hz TN. 120hz/144hz does look and feel very nice though.

Now I'm still not sure what to do. The Eizo is 379€ until midnight. I could get it too and ...
