Higher FPS increases CPU usage. Network is handled by the CPU so it can have an effect. Also, some game engines can act weird at extremely high frame rates. external batteries for UPS exists. I can play 8-10h offgrid with it. As Slender says its not fixing the issue, there is still fluctuations.
Its not simply a "grid problem".
can you try disable all electric in your house panel and play on ups?
I usually disabled the breaker for the room ...

Do you have problems in dekstop and BIOS, or only in games? Problems in games only are NOT electricity related, obviously, but network. I have stuttering, choppy Windows animations, everything working slower, bad mouse, bad visual quality in desktop and BIOS as well, but only during the day ...
