It will be placebo.
Just get Windows 20H2, everything is fixed in this system. And you dont even need to force off fullscreen optimisations in every game u play

Re: Asus vg259qm or msi mag251rx
Hey man I own VG279QM, wich is same as 25" model. The monitor feels cheap, has a lot of annoying little issues like: has too much overshoot bellow 200Hz/fps and OD cannot be adjusted when ELMB/S is enabled, untuned crosstalk, high input lag only when set to fixed 60-99Hz, slower boot times, not tru...

Re: 240Hz Gaming Monitor recommendation
ASUS VG259QM is a very good 280 Hz IPS monitor, featuring fastIPS panel which competes with TN performance, it achieves 1.9 ms average GTG response time (overdrive set to 80) with moderate overshoot (I don't notice it in CS:GO). Probably the best IPS monitor you can buy for FPS games, it's definite...

Re: HUGE Fix at Input Lag!!!!
MCFORCEHOSTSTAGINGBUFFERSIZE change to 0x80-0x82 for consistent frames and smoothing if u want responsive try 0x1-0x4 What do you think about something between? is it worth? like 0x20? :) Smoothness at 0x80 is nice but I think for call of duty I prefer more responsivness (hard to say?), but ...
