Re: Worth upgrading to XL2546S??
According to the TFT review of the AG251FZ, the response time on Strong overdrive is still pretty solid at 240hz with some minor overshoot. If the tiny overshoot at 240hz doesn't bother you then that monitor seems good already. The only benefit you'll really be paying for is even slightly faster res...

Re: Help me pick: BenQ Zowie XL2546S vs ASUS TUF VG259QM
the xl2546s colors are really bad especially if you surf net on the browser or photo editing. I own the XL2546S and do have better screens to compare it to and the colors are fine after tweaking for a few days. Not excellent but for a TN it's not terrible. The gamma does feel a bit off though but i...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread
Idk Ash, yeah, I use 800 and I play competitive battlefield and have no problem taking people down that mostly use 400dpi.. Now, the thing about this is 8bit vs 6bit+frc is, I did try the xl2546 once from amazon when that came out and I don't remember the colors being as vivid I do not remember the...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread
I'm not really trying to say that 24.5" is the best choice, I agree that it's personal preference. As I previously stated; I personally don't like 27 inch but that's just from my perspective and own experience comparing both sizes at 1080p in-person. If the difference in PPI is a fallacy then parado...

Re: Zowie XL2540 vs AORUS KD25F
XF252Q is the same panel as the KD25F (same panel model id M250HTN01.9). This review: https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/ ... tro-xf252q should probably describe what to expect. Seems good but not sure if you want to turn the blur reduction on. Also be aware the contrast might not look great.

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S/XL2546S Owners Thread
Hello, I got my XL2546S today the monitor is really not worth the money, it’s better to take a 27-inch version, for normal use outside of games it makes your eyes leak out. And what is it? Tweak on a $ 500 monitor, zowie, seriously? I'm personally not a fan of 27-inch, at my monitor distance the 10...

Re: Help me pick: BenQ Zowie XL2546S vs ASUS TUF VG259QM
Gonna copy my reply from different thread: Have a look at this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7DBqyGf7JE According to this review: https://www.aperturegrille.com/reviews/ASUSVG279QM/, the motion clarity is pretty much the same on 240hz & 280hz so don't worry about the fact that the Asus is ...

Re: Zowie XL2540 vs AORUS KD25F
XL2540 is a relatively old panel from 2016. Compared to the AORUS KD25F which is using a newer more recent panel, the KD25F pretty much is the same monitor but the KD25F has noticeably faster response times (clearer motion). Gigabyte's blur reduction looks about the same as Benq's old blur reductio...

Re: Viewsonic XG270 vs BenQ XL2746S vs Asus VG279QM
This! 200nits is plenty bright. AS someone who plays 8-10 hours daily I cannot stare at a super bright screen. 196 nits is not nearly enough for competitive gaming because it darkens shadow areas and actually causes more eye strain. You aren’t watching a movie where you turn down the brightness to ...
