Update: I changed to using NVIDIA's frame limiter through the control panel and turned off in-game FPS limiters. COD MW was extremely smooth with no brightness flickering except in map transitions and menus where the FPS can sometimes tank. It's a known issue with the game. However I do feel like my ...
