happy to report that I now have RTSS properly tuned. Vsync off with no tear lines is great!

as -50, -100, -200 (Test with midscreen tearline first -- set RTSS Scanline Sync to line 500, play your video game, see how much tearline jitter you're getting -- like 100 pixels or 200 pixels of tearline jittering. My monitor is back up and running after the fix the chief sent me. the new firmware is great. Personally, I can't tell much of a difference between extreme and ultra, so I'm leaving it in ultra. The added brightness is perfect!

Yep. Mine was also bricked in the same way. Turned off just after clicking update firmware and right after it was downloaded. Tried power unplugging power, nothing. Tried unplugging usb, nothing. Also tried holding down the power button and a combination of the other buttons nothing.
