everything is messed up in our systems i think and the reason for this is still unknown.
i have most of same things and symptomes like most guys here. from audio quality to hitreg gets better randomly if i do some things to my system or some random tweaks and then this slow/fast ingame speed ...

Could you explain if my values are good? I was previously using a more recent BIOS version for my motherboard (3404) and it looked similar to your image. Now, I downgraded to version 2803, and the result looks like this (same BIOS settings):

I tried 2 appartments, 2 houses, a generator, 3 different PCs but ALL OF THEM HAVE AN MSI MOTHERBOARD . Today I ordered an Asus TUF B660 and an i5 12400f. If that doesn't solve the problem I give up, I literally tried everything.

I tried. Indeed, I felt my games were more smoother (still far from what it was before the problem arose), but that was all. Because it became even more smoother, it became even easier to die instantly :lol:

Has anyone here tried disabling the 'AMI Native NVMe Driver Support' option in the BIOS? I turned off this option, and it significantly improved mouse floaty and lag in games, although they are still far from perfect.

Back in 2019 - 2021 I've had the same problem with choppy gameplay in Fortnite / CS:GO and then VALORANT.
