Re: Disable all Dev.Man. power management via powershell script

Code: Select all

Get-CimInstance -ClassName MSPower_DeviceEnable -Namespace root/WMI |
Set-CimInstance -Property @{Enable = $true}
Should anyone need to revert this, use the above command. For some reason, I've been experiencing significant FPS drops in certain games.

Re: little fix for users that have nvme without drivers

Has anyone here tried disabling the 'AMI Native NVMe Driver Support' option in the BIOS? I turned off this option, and it significantly improved mouse floaty and lag in games, although they are still far from perfect.

Re: 240 hz feels like 60 hz, high fps, choppy image, not smooth

Everyone Hi, I'm not native speaker so I am so sorry. Back in 2019 - 2021 I've had the same problem with choppy gameplay in Fortnite / CS:GO and then VALORANT. MY PC back then : I7 9700k RTX 2070 2x8 Ballistix Sport LT 3200 Gigabyte z390 UD SSD Kingston 3D 240GB / SAMSUNG EVO 970 Chieftec Proton 75...

Re: I finally found the Reason for my Problem

I honestly can't believe I read this topic. Some people have actually developed irreversible mental problems after experiencing this issue in online games (please don't be offended) :lol: :lol:

Re: is bufferbloat a thing?

Bufferbloat doesn't affect what we're going through here. You're only affected by bufferbloat if you're using your Internet to the maximum. I say this from personal experience. My current ISP (I changed recently, less than a week ago) gives me an A+ result, and I still experience lagging, dying behi...

Re: Unplug your Hard drive

I only use SSD. Maybe I should unplug them all and see if that solves the problem.

Re: My radeon is more responsive than nvidia

Were your tests done with the PC formatted and tweaked in the same way? I recently replaced my 5700 XT due to driver issues and I currently have a 3060 Ti and nothing has changed, to be honest. I only had a considerable gain in FPS and 0 problems with drivers. Try the soldering iron method, I have ...

Re: Btw here's what good electricity looks like

Tbh I think most ''good'' players have this kind of advantage in any game. Good players give me no time to react but from their POV their plays mostly don't look phenomenal at all and they don't seem to have inhuman reaction or whatsoever. I might as well stop gaming and start playing tennis again ...
