Can anyone with this monitor confirm that there is or there is not overshoot with this monitor at 60 Hz on the latest firmware version?

Yes, there is excess at 60hz with the latest version of the firmware.

If I set the color depth level to anything higher than 8-bit (10/12-bit) when setting a game to full screen, the monitor switches to 4k/120hz resolution instead of 1440p/240hz. ( I was able to fix this by removing the 4k resolution with the CRU tool)
