Re: Windows 11 Update Fixes High Polling Rate Stuttering
Polling rate stability seems fine for me on win11. For sure win10 is a bit better but I don't think it matters at all in-game.
Also power saving features can trow the tests off, win11 itself has power saving features outside of your control, it doesn't apply in-game al all.

Re: Ram causing desync/input lag
It does affect aim a bit but nothing major. Never had desync or anything like that unless it's unstable. If it's unstable it can feel like thrash, either cpu or ram. On my current system. Jedec feels good, xmp (3200c14) feels worse, tuned feels best. 13700k 2x16gb 4200mhz 16-16-16 1.5v gear 1. tuned...

Re: Extended understanding of system timers in Windows.
Thanks for clarifying it. I though workaround was implemented, but nah. Timer is dynamic in Windows 10 2H22 when I set it to 0.5ms It keeps being 15ms and drops to 0.5ms and basically lives its own life. I have no control over it. Setting it to 0.5ms still reduces sleep time by like 0.2ms for me. B...

Re: Win32PrioritySeparation
This is one of the few tweaks that people do that make a difference. In my experience if you have a week cpu you want short quantum with high foreground priority.
On the other hand if you have a good cpu, long quantum + high foreground is just better.

Re: Disable e-cores in bios cause high DPC/ISR usb controller
Why would you even want to disable e cores in 13th gen?? From my testing with 13700kf it's best to leave them on.
With 13th gen you can actually do e cores on + HT off and with the headroom drop voltage or increase clocks. E cores off waste of time, slower and doesn't allow more OC at all.

Re: PG27AQN vs PG279Q bad black levels ?
So i replaced my old 144hz PG279Q with the new PG27AQN 360hz both IPS 1440p , panel speed is amazing , although something is off with black levels and colors , id like to replicate my PG279Q colors as i have them side by side to compare and colors/contrast seem better on the old panel for some reas...

Re: Asus RoG Strix XG27AQM
It's hdcp. Not only netflix, anything that triggers hdcp can cause it. It's not only on xg27aqm either, my lg 27gl850 did the same. But only with gsync on.

Re: 1440p 240Hz users: What are your GPU idle clocks?
Sometimes there is a bug with the idle mode not being activated, the clocks stay high even in idle state and its GPU driver bug of nvidia. Clean driver wipe and driver reinstall sometimes helps. I had this issue with my 1660Ti, it sometimes got stuck in windows at high clocks. Never had that issue....

Re: 5800x vs 12700K competitive fps player
i switch 9700k to 12700k, my mice feel very bad, very high lag, inconsistent. Which motherboard and RAM kit do you have? asus z690-p d4 + samsung b-die 2x8 cl14 3200 The problem is probably your motherboard/skill at tuning ram. I have 2 b.die kits. 2x8gb 3600c16 and 2x16gb 3200c14. Both feel good, ...
