Re: Stress Test Lowers DPC
I found an interesting behavior, if you run a CPU stress test such as Aida64, your DPC latency goes down significantly. On my system it goes from 0.27 > 0.16. Not all stress tests do this, I've only found Aida64 and HeavyLoad to have this behavior. Anyone have a good idea or explanation of why this...

Re: Offgrid tests - its electricity...
the problem with EMI and RFI is that it takes alot to fix it and its not coming just from 1 source. so for example, you get a power filter or isolation transformer or just move the stuff off the grid an you connect all your gear to it, but what if the gear itself its a source of EMI/RFI because it ...

Re: ZOWIE XL2566K Discussion Thread [24.5" 360hz TN]
Aim400kg is not good benchmark for overshoot in tracking scenarios. I used VG258QM with level 5 of od(which have 80% of overshoot kekw) and made 3500. Same with BFI, which blocks OD at some level. So I recommend you not to use this site as proof of monitor goodness. (I'm Saluki, Hello there.) its a...

also make sure to lower porches and sync as much as possible with CRU (and test positive/negative polarity instead of positive/positive.., i highly suggest optical DP or HDMI I started using AMA 21 after your post. In Apex it feels good on first sight. . Quake Live have to do some more experimentat...

Use RTSS to cap framerate instead of vsync, make sure to go to "Setup" and uncheck "Enable passive waiting"

Yeah reviewers dont even disable C-states or lock GPU clocks/voltage.. this monitor really becomes fast on 20+ AMA and using CRU to lower porches/sync

Re: ZOWIE XL2566K Discussion Thread [24.5" 360hz TN]
i have this monitor atm and for me best settings are AMA on 21, i dont notice any overshoot/ghosting in any game or even simple things like tracking scenarios, i was using 12,15,16 and decided to try higher even though all reviews say that 12/15 is best, they are all wrong, 18+ is when this monitor ...

Re: Input lag tweaks for amd/amd set-up
Also you might wanna enable CPU Spread Spectrum, if it works with your Bios Configuration. It has zero impact on performance and makes sure your CPU wont cause EMI (electro magnetic interference). It helps the most on CPUs like you have. Some Tweakers say it will introduce input lag, but thats stra...
