If i will play TEKKEN 7 (locked on 60fps) on my VG279QM on PC with 240-280hz + Optimal OverDrive, i will get input lag 1.7ms - "240-280hz" or 35.1ms "60hz"?

I ordered VG279QM i'm interested in input lag on 60 hertz, I will use it with my PC and PS4 Pro. PS4 works only on 60hz, different reviews give different results in 60hz from 27ms to 35ms. mostly i play TEKKEN 7 online on high ranks, and input lag important for me. if i will play TEKKEN 7 on PC with ...
