Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
I got it sitting on my desk... Looks good! So far colors look worse and everything seems to be kinda washed out... but after doing some tweaks and giving it a shot I have to say it looks fantastic. This is significantly better than the xl2546 and seems superior in every way. BUT the blur busters ut...

Suggestion: ghosting test, but with UFOs strafing back and forth
This would reflect in-game ghosting better as far as FPS games go. Indeed, in tactical shooters (CS:GO, Valorant, Rainbow six, etc) at high level play people are constantly strafing back and forth. This also applies to fast paced games such as quake and overwatch, where some "lightning gun" style we...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
Please Help Blur Busters Improve Strobe Utility If you can do me a favour: Try hitting the "F" key and forcing a different BenQ monitor onto your XL2546S. If it works, please inform me which BenQ monitor the XL2546S successfully uses (for Persistence / Crosstalk). Failing this, one can try to track...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
I've decided to keep my XL2546S as it's a huge improvement over my XL2411. I prefer the 24.5" size with slightly worse colors as opposed to the 27" version with supposedly better colors, but I'm probably in the minority here. Not to mention by the time the newer zowie model is available, I will have...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
Thanks for the reply! I matched my settings but the result is basically the same as the image I posted. It seems like more crosstalk than I should expect based on your captures, don't you think? It seems odd that adjusting Crosstalk Area in the strobe utility doesn't have any noticeable change on t...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
Has anyone tried overclocking the xl2546s or xl2746s? On the xl25 I managed to get 245hz pretty easily. I see no frame skipping when using the test but at 245hz, the ufo in the ghosting test keeps warping back a little bit. When running the refresh rate test, it detects 244.97. Does anyone know why ...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
Yah the utility works fine with the xl2746S. The xl2546S uses a different panel and scalar so that might be why the utility isn’t working properly. Maybe Chief BB can update it since he created it. same, it's not working properly for me, persistence is changing crosstalk area, and crosstalk area is...

Re: BENQ Zowie XL2746S & XL2546S (*DISCONTINUED*) Owners Thread
Yeah i received my xl2546s also and after abit of tweaking the colours are not that bad for a TN panel but still not on IPS levels i would say. i think it does feel ever so slightly more responsive but in terms of motion blur im not sure i can tell a big difference. I play a lot of FPS games also. ...
