Except, click to photon tests aren't hard numbers , its quite incomplete as it cannot measure latency continuously . Interesting. Might explain why certain settings/tweaks can feel terrible on the desktop (cursor movement) but good in game and vice versa.

Note: fps was locked at 240 (same as monitor hz) in all the tests.
