if I do less than 240 fps as for example on apex how is it convenient to set the monitor? 240hz OD 60?

the monitor looks very hot, does it depend on overclocking? I have games where I do 280fps so it is better to put 280hz even when I am not in the game because otherwise when I do alt + tab it will be slow Yeah I do have the same issue, sometime disabling full screen optimization does fix it.
