agree. everything through CPU PCIE lanes would be great! Only other option is to go with Thread Ripper but it's not the best for gaming without disabling a CCX, correct me if I am wrong

not if these stupid gpus keep getting larger and blocking the bifurcated CPU PCIE slot, unless you move to 670 and get an MSI board
and you really don't disable the chipset, you avoid it

haven't been following but have you checked the manual PDF? Was looking at a MSI X670 Ace and Godlike and both manuals show which USB ports are direct connections to the CPU

Given all things being equal except for pixel response, e.g. 360 Refreshrate ISP vs OLED minimum fps above 360 except isp pixel is 2.5ms vs 0.1ms OLED, will the oled have lower input lag? I use to think it was refreshrate that limited input to the 1000/refreshrate 1000/360=2.78ms but I'm starting to...

OLED = Backlit OLED, filtered into RGB colors+extra white subpixel. Or Blue backlit, filtered into RGB (QD-OLED). True RGB OLED = Individual R, B and G are self-emissive OLED material, only seen on earlier Samsung models and Professional Sony Monitors. Thanks man, I know now there are two companies...
