Re: higher input lag since switching to zen 2 (high speed test)
I don't see how Intel can be considered lower latency when we're talking microseconds - not milliseconds... Meanwhile for the rest of the components that are increasing latency a lot we are talking milliseconds (especially input devices & display). I do wonder how AMD's new memory sharing architect...

Re: Is there a benefit of having a very high-end modem/router when using ethernet to game?
the very high-end modem has the name cisco router, all another is garbage. Not true. I work on Cisco routers daily and have a professional network infrastructure at home with isolated networks for gaming and streaming. There are plenty of routers that are exceptional. I really like Ubiquiti persona...

Re: Server/Client Synchronisation
How does the Server keeps every client in synchronous. Every PC clock drifts constant. With high cpu usage and temperatures the clock is even more drifting. I ask this because i have online games where my shots perfect register and enemies react normal. Then on the same day i have games where the e...

Re: LLM On vs ultra
I recently tried to switch back to Radeon Anti-Lag ON with the newest drivers on a 5700xt/ryzen machine and I don't know if Amd actively improved Radeon Anti-Lag but I feel like even in high fps/low gpu usage (<75%)/ engine or cpu limited scenarios the engine is noticeably more responsive and consi...

Re: Frame time differences between NVidia and AMD?
lizardpeter, this won't help but thought I'd throw this in. I have an Omen 25F on a X470, 16gb 3600 CL16 memory and a Ryzen 3600 on this machine. TCP prioritization is optimized on the NIC and its on its own isolated dedicated network. Same network scenario though recently added a second machine fo...

Re: Frame time differences between NVidia and AMD?
How is the 5700xt more responsive than the 2080 Ti? Can you clarify? Are you sure this has nothing to do with something like the default pre-rendered frame value being different on each card (something that can be changed)? schizobeyondpills, I enjoy your post. Thank you for taking the time. Chief,...

Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
Hi, i have been looking about the different pages, and i am not sure about my final conclusion for my settings! I am fine playing some games like CS:GO where i have high fps, and can play easy to 280. My problem is playing Warzone (ryzen 3600 and 2060 super) my fps playing low settings are around 1...

Re: Alienware AW2521H 360hz Arrives!
I saw the review above and I cringe every time he speaks about himself. "Essentially, what you should know is that I'm really good". WHO SAYS THAT! And once again, Shroud is also really good but doesn't know much about monitors. In terms of settings, I actually found "fastest" to be the best settin...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread
He tested the PG259QNR, and he measured the response time of multiple overdrive settings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wswnyoZZNLM People here said multiple times not to put on Extreme, but that could not be the case. His test methodology seems to be more reliable than the users saying that it i...
