Yeah I used the service menu and I can now definitely notice a difference changing the Area at especially high values. Can't say that I can find a better value than your suggestion of "10" though :)

nexina that's a good point. Maybe its simply just the fact that my image is a much higher resolution ...

Canth, I no longer use any custom VT as I run at 240 Hz and found it wasn't needed. For area/intensity, here's my settings:

Gaming profile 1 (for FPS gaming):
DyAc+: Premium
Black EQ: 10
Color Vibrance: 10
Instant: On
Picture Mode: Gamer 1
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 50
Sharpness: 6
Gamma: 4 ...

I'm having troubles reducing the crosstalk on my 2746s with DYAC on.

Current settings:
DyAc+: Premium
Black eQualizer: 12
Color Vibrance: 10
Brightness: 100
Contrast: 65
Sharpness: 9
Gamma 3
Color Temperature: 98, 94, 100
AMA: High
RGB Range: RGB(0-255)

Intensity 5, Area 1 - same as ...
