So my problem is simple to explain, One of the two USB 3.0 HUB ports has better mouse movement than the other one. The difference is obvious, one port gives me slower but smoother mouse movement and the other one gives me faster movement, I feel that the one with faster movement gives me less input ...

After this update I have a smooth mouse but I have a bug after pc sleep my viper 8kHz only works 1kHz... and when I switch to 4kHz mouse only 500hz (wtf?) restarting the computer doesn't fix it and synapse, only usb reconnection fixes it.

AMD GPU issue (6800 xt tested), completely disabling all overlays will improve the situation, but will not fix it completely, buy nvidia.

Looks like AMD GPU, u can try disable all overlays - for a little better effect, but for 100% fix just buy NVIDIA.
Intel CPU + NVIDIA 3060 TI + WIN11.22H2 + USB3.2 - no problem with 8khz :mrgreen ...
