Got to thinking about this and couldn't remember if I ever unplugged the monitor after upgrading to v2. Shut down the system and unplugged the 2420Z for about 10 minutes. This seemed to remedy whatever the problem was because after the system was rebooted, everything was recognized and I was able to ...

The same thing is happening to me with my 2420Z after the DIY upgrade to v2. The only things that I haven't tried are a different graphics card or hooking up to another computer (guess I need to hook the monitor to my laptop). I ordered mine from Newegg on 4/22. Unfortunately I received v1. Spent the money for the MStar ISP and upgraded it to v2 myself. I cannot speak for the version that might be shipping currently.
