Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
I just got it and it feels VERY responsive! Im not using any sync at the moment at it feels great. Having almost no screen tearing feels very nice! 280hz seems to be stable (probably always the case) but do you guys think its gonna change the lifespan of the monitor in any way? A little update: i s...

This is how the backlight looks on the monitor (brightness 100).
It's not perfect on this picture but that doesn't reflect how perfect it looks when im using the monitor. At 20 brightness and normal usage it's pretty much perfect.

Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
How do you guys fix slow (2-3 seconds) alt tabbing from fullscreen applications to the desktop and also back into the application such as a game? It takes like 3 seconds for the monitor to switch. I haven't had this issue with my XL2411Z. Whenever i was playing CSGO it was pretty much instant to sw...

Re: The Official *Asus VG259QM* Owners Thread (+ Secret Overdrive)
The backlight bleeding of the left monitor looks as bad IRL as it does on the picture. Its not as visible in games but on the desktop its pretty obvious. How difficult is it to get one without bad backlight bleeding and no dead or stuck pixels? Its just so unlucky that the right monitor has this pix...

Re: Asus VG259QM input lag/responsiveness?
Hi there, how does the Asus VG259QM compare against the Benq XL2546K/XL2546 in terms of input latency, overall responsiveness etc. Is the Benq faster in any way or does it not make a difference anymore whether someone decides to buy a fast IPS panel monitor or a TN? Im currently using a XL2411z but...

Re: Asus VG259QM input lag/responsiveness?
I received the monitor and it feels extremely responsive! Compared to my XL2411z it feels more responsive and nicer to look at. Im not sure whether it's due to the lower input lag or the higher refresh rate and less screen tearing. All of them. Modern 240Hz+ IPS panels now have less lag than many o...
