1. HPET
- basically its consistent but it is slow. Not quite good for fps games.
- “should” be disabled thru cmd (deletevalue platformclock) and left default in bios.
- if disabled in device manager can lead to desync and false fps counters (not sure but I’ve read this somewhere)

Please do this, tell me if you feel the difference. For me it's a lot better, much less prefired and game is smoother.
I want more people to test it to see if it's placebo.

Can you test with ram XMP disabled? For me it worked with desync.

On all resolutions, tried many settings in monitor and all the time the same, i think it's not normal. When i am moving around in game everything is a bit darker.

For Omen i simply added detailed resolution that will be display scaled, as example 1024x768@240, it must be with Native timings in CRU. But it won't work when Display scaling is not showing.

Yeah, that's the same behaviour my setup is showing.
GPU scaling option in NVCP locks on the scaler ...
