Re: Plugging a PC into my outlet causes stuttering FOREVER.
I have the exact same issue. Moved to my current place in 2016 and have had issues ever since. I even get stuttering on my Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5. I have probably tested around 7 different computers at this point, all of which were brand new with new parts, I even tried a UPS with the last ...

Re: What could possibly be my issue? It’s beyond my understanding…
try a pc, which wasn't plugged in or used in your house in a different location. Edit: Alright, you did that already, with success. Try a power station then maybe, if you can test and return it easily. I haven’t done this but have been meaning to. If I can get a new PC and use it in another house f...

What could possibly be my issue? It’s beyond my understanding…
Before I start, please try and read all of this to avoid suggesting things that I have already tried. I’ll keep this short… Hopefully. Long story short, I moved into my current house back in 2016, I had no issues with performance before moving here. When I first moved here I plugged in my PC and qui...

Glad you fixed it, I am having the exact same issue as you but moving out isn't an option for me. A question, did you ever get an electrical to visit your previous house?

Re: I'm absolutely desperate for some help fixing my PC issue which has spanned multiple PCs
Were all of these machines plugged into the same electrical outlet? If so, does your surge protector have a notification on it to tell you if the power is grounded or not? After years of issues with my setup, i finally noticed that my outlet wasn't properly grounded and switched to another one and ...

Re: Frametime spikes causing stutter in every game
Hi, a bit of an update. I just got another gaming PC, but instead of testing it at my house first, I took it to another house, it performed perfectly fine there, I played for like three hours without a single issue. I took it back to mine, plugged it in, and was instantly welcomed with stuttering in...

Re: [Power/EMI] I discover why sometime PC become fast and low input lag and otherwise feel high input lag
I've been going through this thread, no idea if my issue is EMI-related but I feel like it's 100% power-related and I have tried pretty much everything at this point. Long story short, I got a new gaming PC back in 2017, the PC was riddled with constant frame drops and stutters in-game, in 2019 I go...

Re: FPS drop/microstutter debugging after replacing 95% of the PC and multiple re-installs
I am somewhat concerned that it might be EMI/line noise since I have solar, EV chargers, servers in the house, HV power lines nearby but I tried different rooms/circuits. Games that I have used to demonstrate the issue: 3d Mark TimeSpy - No FPS drop (haven't been able to discover why that might be)...

Re: Frametime spikes causing stutter in every game
Hey there, 9700k - 3080ti here. Just a few days ago, when you reported this message - I started to get performance spikes as well. Seemingly came out of nowhere. I've improved it now by 1) unplugging any USB devices and/or unplugging your front panel USB connector (oddly enough, this fixes it for a...

Re: Frametime spikes causing stutter in every game
1) I have done this, I posted here like a year ago that I had built a completely new computer with completely different parts yet the issue persisted, a year later I am still trying to fix it. I'm sure you already changed this setting, but doublecheck this setting, and then I need more screenshots....
