I use 10% on Asus VG248QE. Very pleased!
Again, big props to Toasty for his utility, and the option to turn off strobing in a matter of seconds.

i need your advice and reassurance for getting a new monitor for lightboost.
i was wondering will my pc config support the Toasty strobelight, which is the only reason i plan to buy the ASUS VG248QE
