Re: [For me at least] Possible Desync Fix
Hi chief! thanks for your reply, I always admire your responses when I read them. In this case the lamps are just "normal" lamps, they are connected with two cables, phase and neutral. And the bulb is a led one, so does in this case emit EMI? it does not have any power supply. With the word antenna,...

Re: Possible Desync Fix
I would strongly advise against this advice. It is never safe to cut the ground wire. If e.g. your GPU or power supply breaks down (short circuit or fault) you will highly likely get a lethal shock. https://gopaschal.com/is-it-safe-to-cut-the-ground-prong/ Yes ! as I said, this goes against the nor...

Re: Possible Desync Fix
What kind of adapter do you use to plug into the power strip? What is this called I updated the post with an image with the adapter. Here in Argentina we use the "Type I" plug. So I used a Type I adapter to Type C So basically I have to put metallic lamp on the case, ground it with the wall or the ...

[For me at least] Possible Desync Fix
3rd update: Here is how I have it set up https://imgur.com/a/ErnqGJU The plug to connected to the wall, the right one is the PC power strip, there isn't any adapter cancelling ground because the same earth cable shown in the video was for that specific wallmount plug. But I removed it and instead u...

Re: Dedicated Internet Access
Its definitely the Internet. Its not "definetely internet". Geography of desync is too wide to be only internet, and even in the same city there is guys with strong desync and tier-2 pro with hltv and who plays for national team, which using same internet, but lives on other street in the same dist...

Re: Dedicated Internet Access
It may not be the NIC issue. I have a Intel i210-t1 and i have no problems switching over the onboard ethernet controller. What really helped me is switching to FTTH. Its not the 100% improvement i was hoping for, but its better than before. i get more time to react against the same enemies which w...

Re: Dedicated Internet Access
I suspect your NIC is the issue. You could try an external NIC or a wifi connection as a test to see if it makes a difference. Some things that can help NIC performance: Disable power saving and additional advanced options Disable networking software Using default MS drivers Switching MSI/LineBased...
