Afair you havent tried the Original scaling mode that time you had LG in hands?
Now it is known for sure that Original is the lowest lag mode.

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

This depends on the monitor, I've had mine go off every 20-30 seconds, so I just lowered horizontal totals by a little bit more. When it starts to lose sync yes, it is going off every 20-30seconds until you powercycle it. After this it works fine for some days or even weeks, depending on how often ...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

I'm using VT 1304 with MBR constantly on for more then a year (since feb 2018), and I see no problems. I beleive this overclock is totally safe. The only downside is described in 1st TLDR post and has a workaround: It may result in minor display instability: sometimes, depending on how often you ope...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

Is the custom resolution settings you have screenshotted on the first post only supposed to work with Reduced Motion Blur on? Whenever I change to Freesync (G-Sync Compatible,) the screen keeps turning off and on No, custom resolution would work and fix stuttering regardless if MBR is on or off. De...

Re: LG 27GK750F-B - 240Hz, 27" 1ms Blur reduction, Freesync

There is no ready-to-go firmware update through OnScreen control atm. But as we can see the user-friendly sequence of updating monitor's firmware is enabled through this software for at least one monitor model. I beleive if many people complain about this monitor current flaws, such as stuttering is...
