Re: MBR input lag

> Why does MBR have input lag?
Because frame updates in other way

Yes

> How to know which is lower MBR input lag? Benq vs LG vs Asus for example
By yourself - buy monitors and measure. Or you can rely on information at internet, afaik there is not such info.

Re: Found the best gaming monitor by accident

How can I find out what panel I have? HWiNFO shows the panel as "Acer [Unknown Model: ACR06D0]" Only by disassembling or by monitor's service menu if you are lucky. No way that other software can get this information and even monitor's service menu can't be a reliable source since it's just a strin...

A list of untrusted monitor tech sites

The trending esports market spawns a lot of sites and some of them spread wrong information. For example inputlag .com that mentions only some pixel response time instead of input lag: https:// inputlag . com/lg-27gk750f/ inputlagcom.png Another example is displayspecifications.com. Input lag for Be...

There are several tear lines. At some there is some most "updated information" lines. Look at image above (Display Scan Diagram) and try to understand it.

May be you should wait for 240hz IPS models. They gonna arrive in 1-6 months. Looks like they have decent response time and maaaaay be it's better than TN.

Re: Monitor advice

Thinking of buying XL2546 but im not sure You will likely get the same colors out of the box. I've owned many benq 144hz models and xl2540 (240hz) has similar acid colors by default preset FPS1. Btw xl2540's panel has better colors representation ability since it's newer model Or may be I got good ...

Re: x25 / x25f / xl2546

Do you propose to limit yourself exclusively to testufo.com at ghosting test? I'm not so conservative. and I prefer to customize each color (rgb) separately using a completely different test. You can change background color in test options located at top and even picture can be changed with some ht...

Re: XF252Q low-latency turns off / frame skipping(?)

Many monitors (if not all) disable low latency mode when FreeSync is ON. It mentions in many reviews of different FreeSync models. I have BenQ XL2540 and "Instant Mode" OSD menu option is grayed out (disabled) and can't be changed when FreeSync is ON.

Re: x25 / x25f / xl2546

I don’t know what conclusions you made. I do not pretend to be accurate. There are no words in my posts: Versus, input lag, etc. .. I tried to evaluate the work of overdrive, from 1000+ photos I chose the most suitable. What I saw with my own eyes I saw in the photo. GPU mirroring is inaccurate met...
