Re: Bad input lag/desync issue: Testing with AW2521H 360Hz monitor w/ Nvidia latency module

Doing some googling I've found quite a few posts of people with the same problem so again it could just be the game. Do you experience this problem in any other games? You could try Overwatch or Diabotical, these are both very smooth for me with no microstutters. Yeah for sure. Pretty much every ga...

Re: @chief Monitor INPUT LAG theory

the problem is you f1ndus. the longer you play, the more sensitive you become and thus you perceive these "laggs". Your head adapts and notices more and more things, including input lag. Therefore, if you do not play for a long time, you have no input lag and after a while it just appears, because ...

Negligible or potentially adding latency?

My GPro Superlight needs an extender as the one that came with it is too short. What are the best options so I do not add latency? I need 10-15 feet. Thanks all!!

Re: Is there a benefit of having a very high-end modem/router when using ethernet to game?

If you stream, then with something like fq_codel / cake for QoS you could avoid ping spike s. ^This is a very good tip. Personally I highly recommend Asus routers since Asuswrt-Merlin is a godsend but even Tomato/DD-WRT are good alternatives for TP-link/Netgear/.. products. I'm currently using the ...

Getting shot before i even see the enemie on my screen. https://vimeo.com/512135055 To me, it looks like the guy behind the barrel @ :01 would have seen and started firing. This would have been the same guy highlighted in red from the kill correct? He would have been in position to fire from his ro...

Still no way into the service menu? Still loving mine. Problem free entirely.
hello, I have a 360hz alienware, months after the purchase in which mode are you using it? Gsync, vsync, elmb etc.
For me it depends on the game. I do not use ELMB.

Re: higher input lag since switching to zen 2 (high speed test)

I don't see how Intel can be considered lower latency when we're talking microseconds - not milliseconds... Meanwhile for the rest of the components that are increasing latency a lot we are talking milliseconds (especially input devices & display). I do wonder how AMD's new memory sharing architect...
