Re: NVIDIA Low Latency Mode question

I guess that in my case 120fps is still too much and i need to lower it more to avoid those tiny spikes to 95% or above in few frames?! < 95% can still be in the "safe" range, but yes, if you want to ensure your system is never GPU-bound in that game, you'll need to lower your cap to more closely m...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

i have a vg259qm. not sure whether should i upgrade to the pg259qn. Will i see a noticeable improvement? Mainly just playing csgo There will be improvement. Rather you see it or perceive it comes down to you. If you're highly competitive, this is your hobby go for it. If not, save the price differe...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

B08GL5TJQT Just wait for a Rtings review, they always test the input lag at max and 60hz. I think Tftcentral does too if I recall, and their review is out for the public in a few days. I am pretty hyped to see some reviews. Hardware Unboxed missed a few things people will find pleasantly surprising...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

How does this monitor perform on 60fps locked games with VRR disabled, like Street Fighter V? I know allot of 240Hz monitors suffer from input lag at 60Hz so I’m just wondering if this monitor is in the same boat I do not own any 60FPS locked games though I could cap a game at 60fps and test.. I di...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

How is the brightness with ULMB on? Have you been able to test it at different refresh rates? Do you know where/when they'll be sold online? My apologies. I haven't tested ULMB yet. Mainly due to the fact its limited to 240hz. I had to get some content out there yesterday so that slowed me down on ...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

if I can ask you, in your opinion how do games feel and look when the fps is not at 360 on this monitor compared to a 240 hz monitor? I mean, say you are running a game that varies 150-300 fps during a match, does it still look a lot smoother and feel better on this monitor, than a 240 hz monitor? ...

Re: Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

Run down of my experience so far. This is purely based on competitive play. To clear some of the misinformation, you do not need a monitor that has Reflex to use this feature. There is a QNR variant coming in a few months that will have the "analyzer" but any monitor can do this. The SDK simply requ...

Official Asus ROG Swift 360Hz PG259QN Owners Thread

B08GL5TJQT Secured mine today. Going to check for stuck pixels and runs some test. Mostly this will be compared to my VG259QM and Omen X 25F. Will check to see if there are any hidden service menu items like the OD120. Maybe a ULMB @ 360  ? Evidently we can reach for the future around here wit...

Re: Asus PG259QN 360hz Monitor

Asus doesn't have a clue when these will be available at retail. Wish they'd have more details on availability.
