Re: [Ghosting?] Is my 75 Hz Monitor's ghosting / MB ?
Oh you're wrong :P There are so many benefits to going to 144hz, less input latency, less tearing, less blur, everything will look better and smoother regardless if you don't hit 144fps. 1060 is still a perfectly good card, you'll definitely be able to hit higher frame rates in older or popular onli...

It doesn't have a option
If you edit in CRU you will get a non scaled image in the middle or top-left of the screen.

Re: The Cake Is NOT a Lie -- for a price (4K 144Hz HDR)
It will get filtered. If you're sending a 1080p signal for the upscaler to process you are going to get a blured mess that looks worse then native 1080p. if you want a native 1080p image that is perfectly scaled 2x you are going to have to send a 4k signal and then find a video player that does 'nea...

Re: The Cake Is NOT a Lie -- for a price (4K 144Hz HDR)
If these monitors can do 4k at 98hz then the displayport standard used for them should be able to do 1080p at 392hz right? Should be even higher, I'm not entirely were 98hz came from but my guess is that they were calculating 10bits per channel. if they are using the DP 1.3 standard that means they...

Re: The Cake Is NOT a Lie -- for a price (4K 144Hz HDR)
Chill out, it is a common knowledge and i just repeated it. No harm done. Proof by assertion. Just repeating something over and over again doesn't make it true. Thinking that spreading lies with no evidence to back it up is "No harm done." then there is really is no help for you. And here you are p...

these panels are made by... "AUO Optronics" so talking from experience, panel lottery here we go again  Blanket statements like this should not be said unless you have the numbers to back it up. As someone who has personally dealt with 1000s of product returns i can ensure you just because yo...

Re: Overclock : Agon AG271QX
So overclocking a lot of modern monitors is mainly about trying to avoid the triggers that will trigger that sort of "input not supported" message. The main ones are the pixelclock (PC) going over a specific value and/or tweaking the Vertical or Horizontal total (VT/HT). One way of avoiding going ov...

Did he run 'windowed' or 'borderless windowed'? Because just simply windowed doesn't work.
