What input devices do you have and what Hz are you running them at?

My mouse gets incredibly accurate when I run my keyboard at 125Hz and my mouse at 8000Hz

What about USB Power Settings? have you disabled the powersaving features? e.g. Selective Suspend etc

What kind of Keyboard do you have? If you can change the polling rate e.g. 125Hz, set it to that and then retest your mouse.

Sounds like Audio or Networking is in the same path as the mouse is.

If you have an AMD card and a freesync monitor that you're not using Freesync it's best to also disable AMD External Events Utility in Services. A few drivers back I noticed it was causing a weird stutter; but this also disables game metrics, i think?

Did I see someone post in here about overclocking this monitor to 400Hz?

For me the polling rate fluctuates between 4 and 8khz. I don't really notice it but a polling variance of 4,000 hz isn't really acceptable either.

I've seen this too on my Viper 8K..
